I recommend that you try to expand your comfort zone and most importantly, I respect your boundaries about when to slow down and process how you are feeling in the moment. We go at your pace. We work on y our goals, collaboratively.

We use CBT and ACT. What are they? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you more accurately see the world and your emotions. You then use this awareness to change your mood, change your thoughts, change your environment, and most importantly, change your life.
