About
I utilize a multi-faceted theoretical approach to treatment that includes EMDR, psychodynamic, relational, harm reduction, as well as, motivational interviewing, solution focus and family systems therapy. I integrate somatic experiencing and fitness into sessions working with clients on increasing body awareness. I specialize in complex trauma and work extensively with clients who have experienced sexual trauma and trauma related to identity: racial/ethnic, cultural, gender, and sexual orientation.
I am bi-lingual in Spanish, and have worked in both the private and public sector providing mental health services to children, adolescents and adults battling issues surrounding ADHD, ASD and ODD, PTSD, LGBTQIA+-based services, public health issues, family and couple counseling, and other mental health illnesses/disorders.
I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and can practice tele-mental in Florida. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist, and a Life Coach. All sessions are remote at this time. I am also able to provide EMDR consultations for clinicians working towards certification.
