I am an emotionally focused, mindfulness oriented, experiential therapist. I believe a fair amount of our suffering and confusion stems from living with the anxiety, shame, and defenses that prevent us from experiencing who we really are.
I aim to give you a new and positive experience of yourself. The approach I use is informed by affective neuroscience, attachment theory, transformational studies, and my commitment to the practices of compassion and mindfulness.
