I work with adults seeking a safe and secure space to unpack, share and process their emotions, relationships, challenges and successes. Drawing from a client-centered approach, I also specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other solution-focused modalities to help you get the most out of therapy. Together we can explore ways to identify and manage emotions, reduce stress, and explore areas of growth and opportunity. I have an extensive background in grief and trauma, anxiety and depression and relationship navigation- helping clients explore and improve communication ruptures with partners, friends and family systems.
I believe therapy is an ongoing conversation that lends itself to a flexible and dynamic approach. Since everybody needs something different in therapy, we can move at the depth and pace that is comfortable for you.
