Since 1973 my specialty has been in using evidence-based approaches to help people get and stay free from addiction, and co-dependent behaviors, which empowers them to release their pain of loss, to take their lives back from shame, abuse, PTSD and trauma. They are connected to self, empowered, having healthy boundaries free to make healthy decisions.
I was raised in an alcoholic family, I became an alcoholic and addict and since 1973 I've been in recovery from my family of origin problems and addictive behaviors. Michael has the largest repertoire of interventions for both addictions and mental health disorders I have ever seen in anyone else's profile. He is very holistic in his approach to both.
