Creating an inclusive and safe space for clients of all ages and backgrounds is very important to me and is a cornerstone of my counseling style. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: anxiety, ADHD, depression, impulse control issues, anger issues, screen time addictions, issues transitioning to High School or college, behavior issues, men's issues, and many more.
Services include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with a person-centered approach. Gestalt and Psychodynamic, as well as Reality Therapy techniques, are utilized to help provide a well-rounded approach to therapy that works best for the client. Play Therapy is utilized for children to help keep them engaged and interested in sessions.
