My specialty lies in providing evidence-based mental health care with a focus on anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, and issues related to personality disorders, and trauma. Furthermore, my practice is about fostering a deeper understanding of the self and I provide innovative technologies to do so through biofeedback and virtual reality.
