About
Have you thought about seeing a therapist, but the idea of talking to a stranger stops you from taking the next step? Perhaps you have needed this for a long time, and you have finally decided to take the next step? My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. Lets face it, we live in a stressful society where we need additional support. I know reaching out can be difficult so I try to make the process as simple as possible. You can call, email and/or text me to set up an appointment. I maintain a highly responsive, accessible, and concierge-type practice so you can have as much or little support you in along the way!
I am an AASECT Certified sex therapist who welcomes heterosexual, non-traditional families & people of all genders and sexual orientations. I treat an array of presenting problems from erectile dysfunction, porn addiction, intimacy concerns, sexual pain, sexual addiction, other mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance use, etc.
Look, I understand this process is not easy and you need to find the right fit. My job is to help understand what you need and to guide you in the right direction. If I am not the right fit, I will absolutely help find someone who can help within my network. What do you have to lose? Call me or send me an email and let's figure this out together.
