I help you find a way to have difficult discussions with your spouse and give you easy tools for staying close, no matter what. Our program is not just about fighting less. It's about discovering what you both want and need in your relationship—the same way we discovered it for ourselves.
My main focus is you. I work hands-on with individuals and couples seeking deeper connections. The world is a stressful place and it can be difficult to make sense of the emotions we have. Whether you're dealing with anger in your relationship, or within yourself, I can help you heal old wounds and find your way back to the love, and connection you deserve.
I don't believe in blaming, shaming, or labeling individuals. My work with you will teach you the skills, tools, and understanding to live a calm and peaceful life. Let's jump on a call to see if we are a good fit for one another.
