I have worked with a range of clients; school aged kids, couples through marriage prep and people during their end of life stages. I excel with clients experiencing substance abuse, anxiety/depression, spiritual abuse and difficult family dynamics.
Together, we will work at your pace, focusing on your goals and what feels meaningful in your life.
My main approach is Person Centered Therapy because it is your personal story and no two stories are the same. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to help with cognitive distortions while working on telling yourself truths. I use Mindfulness because of the importance of living in YOUR moment.
