I work with men, women, couples, first responders and military veterans on issues like self-worth, anxiety, trauma, shame, affair recovery & unwanted sexual behaviors. I enjoy helping men stand in their strength, helping couples improve their relationships, and individuals defeat the lies of fear, shame and depression. I am a Christian counselor.
