Is your child becoming more depressed, anxious, or defiant, spending way too much time on devices? Are you experiencing uncertainty about where you are in your life and where to go from here? Are you a creative person? As individuals, we often struggle to strike a balance between our careers, our interests, and our relationships. Life can feel like it's just getting more difficult. I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and adults to follow their passions, manage various stressors, but also be realistic and not let a mental health disorder hinder them.
I am a strong advocate for deep breathing and meditation to help manage stressors, quiet the mind, and help with centering oneself, all of which help with reducing anxiety, anger, depression, and stress.
Sense of humor, witty, relaxed, and a less formal manner. I am not stuffy, I don't wear a tie. I am very casual. If I wanted to wear a suit and tie, I would have become a lawyer or financial consultant working in the corporate world. That's not me.
