I work with people searching for their identities and voices that have been stifled, forgotten, or disregarded. This softening of the voice can occur for many reasons including violence in the home, a major change in your lifestyle, or an upbringing where you weren't seen or heard. In my practice, I want people to speak their true thoughts and feelings so that they can create relationships with people they genuinely enjoy. I have worked with people for over 20 years improve their lives.
I work with kids, people in their 20s and above figuring out life, people on the autism spectrum, people with brain injuries, and others who have anxiety and depression, and anyone who identifies as any part of LGBTQIA+. What is most important to me is that we can communicate honestly with each other to help you grow.
I'm often described as a "regular guy" that many people feel comfortable talking to. Both sides of my family are from families of farmers and I value pragmatic exploration to help you figure out how to make the changes you want in your life.
