I also integrate approaches from logotherapy and existential therapy (focusing on meaning and direction), mindfulness (learning to regulate stress in body and mind), and narrative therapy (rewriting unhelpful stories about identity, money, or success). For couples, I draw from attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches to help partners reconnect.
