I work best with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, poly substance abuse and dependence, and personality disorders. I help clients live self-actualized lives due to difficulties with work, family life, and self-esteem. I use combination of Rogerian, CBT, and Insight therapies in a way that encourages self-expression, improved communication skills, and self understanding. Empathy and self-awareness are modeled by my approach to the clients I work with in a safe environment.
I am a board-certified LMHC, LCSW and CSC who has over 25 years of experience working with a wide variety of issues and specialize in the treatment of addiction disorders. My clients range from ADHD to Substance abuse and I have worked with all age groups starting from teenagers to the elderly.
