EMDR: Memories of a traumatic event may appear not as a memory but as a cluster of symptoms. EMDR is a type of psychotherapy that allows you to process these unprocessed memories so they can be effectively stored away. Research has found that EMDR is one of the most effective ways to treat trauma and relieve symptoms.
Even when the room we share is virtual, it’s a room where you can feel comfortable to reflect and explore at your own pace.
