I offer a warm, grounded space to slow down, make sense of what’s weighing on you, and regain clarity, steadiness, and trust in yourself.
My approach is collaborative, eclectic, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic exploration to support insight and change. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused approach that often works faster and with less emotional distress than EMDR.
I strongly and genuinely believe that, at your core, you already hold most of the answers you’re seeking. Sometimes it helps to be nudged in the right direction. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, challenge unhelpful self-talk, accept limitations, take action despite uncertainty, and grow into a more confident, grounded version of yourself.
