I work with children, adolescents, and families who are navigating emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. Many of the families I support feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to help their child, and are looking for a space where everyone can feel understood and supported. I offer in-person therapy in San Francisco and the East Bay. My work is grounded in attachment-based and emotionally focused therapy, with a warm, relationship-centered approach that helps children and families feel safer, more connected, and better able to navigate challenges together.
My style is warm, direct, curious, and collaborative. In our work, families will learn to navigate big emotions, moments of disconnection, and patterns that no longer feel helpful. Children will better understand their emotions, reduce stress, and develop skills that help them feel more confident and grounded at home, at school, and with others
