Mike graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master’s in Social Work in 2014 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW).He has worked with a number of individuals to help them work through symptoms related to depression, anxiety,and LGBTQ+ issues. In addition to those, Mike is also very familiar with helping others heal from trauma,as it is a matter that is becoming more pervasive and acknowledged by our culture.Mike understands that therapy is a vulnerable ordeal, and he prides himself on being very approachable
Mike is trained in several therapeutic modalities that include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
