I work with adults and couples ready to explore their emotional worlds more deeply and heal from the patterns, wounds, and experiences holding them back from fully living and vulnerably loving. In individual therapy, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR to help you process emotional pain, access your resilience, usefully integrate your past into your present, and cultivate a more secure sense of self. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist.
I'm also a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. EFCT is a researched approach that helps couples identify patterns of disconnection and restructure their emotional bond to find closeness. We’ll explore the negative cycles that keep you both stuck, work toward rebuilding emotional safety, and then communicating attachment fears and longings.
My style is collaborative and nonjudgmental. Healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up as we are and I strive to create that kind of space in every session.
