OCD psychologist specializing in OCD, eating disorders, and anxiety disorders, I am a Co-Founder of Compassionate Healing Institute (CHI) and a licensed psychologist in Florida and New York. I provide evidence-based treatment using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
