Shayne specializes in adolescents finding real connection and meaning, re-connecting family members and helping couples communicate and prioritize their relationship. This isn't just our job, it's our calling.
Shayne has been Director of Counseling & Therapeutic Programming at a juvenile justice center, Assistant Director of a youth program & founder of My Intentional Success, a youth peak performance program. He loves to learn, contribute and have fun.
Dr. Webber and Jere' Webber (Shayne's wife) are founders of FamLead. This program focuses on strengthening families, marriages and developing better parenting skills.
