Hello! I am first and foremost a Professional Listener who looks forward to hearing your story in full confidence, and helping you find ways to achieve peace, contentment, and power in your life. I share the practice, Serene Therapy, with my wife, Jennifer Serene, LCSW-C. We are family owned with over 30 years of experience in creating hope and healing for those in need.
My expertise is in depression, anxiety, stress, and how they relate to life transitions, loneliness, relationships, child and family needs, and the challenges of aging. I have extensive training and experience with mental health, trauma, crisis intervention, child abuse, elder abuse, family conflict, financial crisis, and stress due to serious health issues.
