Sometimes we may find ourselves overwhelmed by the challenges in our life. As hard as these experiences can be, I believe that these challenges put us directly in contact with parts of ourselves where we can access greater meaning, purpose and growth in our lives. I trust that each and every person has an innate ability for healing, growth and transformation, and that part of the journey is learning how we can access and align with that healing nature inside of us.
My approach is informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and humanistic psychotherapy. I am also inspired by traditional wisdom and healing traditions from around the world, the power of nature, it's cycles and rhythms and the possibility of healing that comes from connecting ourselves more deeply with the earth.
I maintain a deep respect for each individual and the life experiences that make us unique. I do my best to meet everyone right where they are, and to work together in a spirit of collaboration. I am honored to walk this path with you.
