Together, we will work to improve your self-regulation and clear the mental blocks that are holding you back. I don’t believe in one size fits all therapy. So we’ll throw EMDR, CBT, Brainspotting, Four Blinks, Ego States, IEMT, EMDR 2.0, and the kitchen sink at the core beliefs that don’t serve you and see what sticks!
I will help you figure out a customized plan that is feasible for your schedule and lifestyle. That may mean a traditional 45-minute session weekly, or diving deeper with 85-minute intensive sessions every other week or so. I’ll work to empower YOU to make the decision of what will help you make noticeable shifts quickly.
