I have over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults of all ages in individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy. Clients see me for a wide range of issues. I have worked with challenges regarding identity development, relationships, trauma, depression/anxiety, addictions, suicidality, self-harm, anger management, compulsive behaviors, autism, and ADHD among many other things. I've also worked extensively in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those dealing with systemic inequities and challenges.

My perspective is mostly behavioral, relational, and humanistic/existential. My therapeutic specialty is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness and meditative practice also a major focus. Nevertheless, I believe in learning what works best for my clients and adapting my approach to best fit their needs.

I take a warm and open-ended approach with my clients, working together to guide our focus on what's most important for them. Authenticity, humor, openness, and directness are integral to my work and I embody this with my clients from our first session together. I look forward to hearing from you!
