As a member of the Bay Area Couples Collective, I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are experiencing challenges in relationships of all kinds. We’ll utilize EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) to assess what is coming up in session and to discover what is happening underneath the words and behaviors. We’ll work toward a deeper understanding of your histories, your relationship dynamics, and your attachment tendencies. We’ll also cultivate new ways of reflecting, communicating, and connecting that align with your individual values and goals.
I use an integrated approach to meet the needs of clients but often start by helping clients increase self-awareness, recognizing their patterns and the roots of their narratives. Together, we’ll examine the cultural and social context of these patterns and how to shift them to help you meet your personal goals.
