Trauma counseling for men and teens across Arizona. EMDR available. I do not accept insurance but offer sessions as low as $50. I am a veteran myself and have navigating a number of life's challenges including homelessness. I know what it takes to rebuild a life worth living. If you find yourself struggling with loud thoughts, anger, past trauma, anxiety, depression, anything that makes your life extra challenging, I may be able to help.
My approach is direct and practical. We don't just talk about problems, we work on them. I use evidence-based methods including EMDR, CBT, and trauma-informed techniques to help you understand what's driving the patterns and actually change them. Sessions are focused and goal-directed.
