Hello, and thank you for checking out my profile page. I applaud you for deciding to enter therapy. It has never been a better time than now. I know that you have a lot of options and choices in selecting a provider, and I am grateful to be one who you are considering to work with. My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate environment where you can feel safe in addressing items that are personal to you, from the more general ideas to the personal feelings that can make us feel vulnerable. I work with individuals and couples around issues related to relationships, anxiety and depression, as well as self esteem and self worth.
Together we will work from a whole person approach to address items and issues related to mind, body, and spirit with a goal to help you feel your best self. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the faulty belief patterns and habits holding you back.
