Life Problems of Successful Senior Adults
This group is comprised of professional men and women. Most have prior therapy experience, are warmly accepting of each other, and open to new participants. All members have the opportunity to share their problems and receive support. Having successfully met for years, many participants are processing their transition to retirement and further maturation.Meetings are on zoom.

Relationships, Self-Esteem and Anxiety
A mixed group of professional men and women, most with prior therapy experience, who are warmly accepting of each other and open to new members. Participants share their problems and receive support from each other and Dr. Grove. The group is small and has people from diverse backgrounds, orientations and ethnicities. Some members are in recovery.We are meeting virtually by zoom and phone.

DBT Skills for Regulating Strong Emotions
This group helps improve the self-regulation of intense emotions and distressing thoughts, which can interfere with our daily activities and disrupt our goals. Everyone is appreciated and heard in this small, accepting group. We use DBT, CBT, Gestalt, and mindfulness skills trainin and listening to each other.. Workbooks, printed guides and audio/visual aids are provided as needed.
