Hello! My name is Michael Pinter and I specialize in counseling, psychoeducational assessment, and consultation. I provide services to individuals, couples, and families in my practice. Specifically, my services address issues with children, adolescents, and adults who present signs of: anxiety impulses, depression despair, obsessive compulsive behaviors, learning difficulties, relationship issues, life stage transitions, divorce challenges, or related problems. I use an empathic approach to understanding you and your current concerns and we will maneuver them together by building our therapeutic relationship.
I strive to help people learn to feel better by bringing awareness to themselves, developing their strength of inner self, and building lifetime resiliency through a cognitive behavioral lens. My practice is also built around psychoeducational assessment and diagnosing learning issues while coming up with ways to help reach the client’s full potential.
Life is undoubtedly filled with its obstacles and sometimes we just need a little help along the way or for some insight from a professional. We may just need someone to hear us out and try to understand how we are feeling in an effort to help process our emotions. I’m here for my clients and strive to help you grow and live life to your fullest potential.
