Marriage and relationships are challenging and it is even harder to ask for what you want. Often people believe they are broken or their desires are shameful and I work to create change and facilitate communication. As a licensed psychotherapist, specializing in sex therapy, I work to help individuals, partners, and couples to connect. It is my passion to heal shame, have the hard talks, and facilitate communication. Personally, I know the challenges of maintaining the passion in a long term relationship and I don't believe it is normal to give up on intimacy.

For 20 years, I have worked in sexual health and with relationships. My personal experiences have given me a deep sense of empathy for when things feel impossible and the only thought left is to give up. When it feels like it is time to give up, try something new.

Call me to set up an assessment. If you decide to work with me, then on the second visit pay for the assessment session. You will not be charged if we do not work together. Instead of giving up, maybe it is time to try therapy.
