My approach to therapy is a wholistic and systemic approach. I work with individuals from the understanding that we are all impacted greatly by our families and the environment in which we live. I also focus on working with families and couples to improve a healthy relationship that is mutually beneficial. I work with my clients on enhancing their strengths and working through challenges to live the life that they deserve.
I specialize in meeting clients where they are at. Being born and raised in Queens, NY, I have been exposed to all walks of life and fully accept and embrace you for who you are. I utilize talk therapy to understand where you at and help you discover where you want to go. I utilize techniques from CBT, Gottman, Structural Family and solution focused.
I work from a systemic approach, even when working with individuals. I seek to understand who and what has influenced each client to help me better understand how to help them to achieve their goals, and to alleviate stress.
