About
I am often able to identify emotional and psychological obstacles that are preventing people from achieving the quality of life that they desire. I strive to assist people with personal, professional and work related concerns to achieve goals that will improve the quality of their life. I seek to facilitate self-respect and build on existing psychological strengths to assist people in developing a more empowered and confident self image. The overall primary goal of treatment in this office is to assist people in making choices that will increase the likelihood of their achieving more satisfying personal and professional success.
I provide individual, couple/marital and group psychotherapy. I work with adults, adolescents and children. I provide treatment for depression, anxiety, school/job related stress, relationship and family difficulties, and the whole range of psychological disorders. I also facilitate corporate workshops, professional staff development, CISD, and conflict resolution services.
I have extensive experience in working with individuals from a wide variety of cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. I have earned undergraduate and graduate degrees and received professional training, all from UCLA. I have been awarded a advanced credential certification and have achieved professional recognition as a psychotherapist with exceptional skills.
