I am trauma and EMDR-trained and have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University.
In the session, I commit to engaging you with compassion and empathy. I will work with you and assist you in making the challenges you face in life more manageable. During our time together, we will work together to create a place for you to cope and address the reasons you are in this place.
Whether through the use of EMDR or another modality, I will assist you in developing insight into specific thoughts and behaviors, so you can improve your relationships, not only with others but also yourself.
