My work includes a blend of traditional and Jungian psychotherapy with philosophical strategies for optimizing a healthier lifestyle. I value the importance of creating a safe space that allows for trust and connection. With a lifetime of spiritual growth and training, my approach to psychology is designed to guide clients towards knowing an integrated Self using human-driven communications and connection. Each session tends to your individual needs to access insight through creative exploration, achievement and communication. When appropriate I allow dreams to guide the therapy process, but generally I invite you to discuss whatever feels significant in session. I serve your needs as you communicate them.
Theoretically my orientation is Jungian and Self Psychology for individuals and couples. Endorsements are never asked for out of respect. I do offer a free 10-15 min online consultation session to discuss presenting issues and a brief introduction to my style of therapy. Please note I currently work primarily online with some exceptions and requests.
