PhD clinician who provides a positive-minded creative oriented approach to working with anxiety, depression, grief and other mental challenges. My work includes a blend of traditional and Jungian psychotherapy with interactive strategies for optimizing a healthier new sense of Self. I value the importance of having a safe space that allows for a sense of trust. With many years of training and spiritual growth, my approach to psychology is different than most because it is designed to guide you towards knowing a more integrated you using human-driven communications. Yes - I actually smile, react and exchange ideas with enthusiasm.
Each session tends to your individual needs to access insight through creative exploration, achievement and communication. When appropriate I allow dreams to guide the therapy process, but generally I invite you to discuss whatever feels significant in session.
Theoretically my orientation is Jungian and Self Psychology. I am licensed with a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a creative background. I do offer a free 10-15 min online consultation session to discuss presenting issues and a brief introduction to my style of therapy. Please note I currently work primarily online with some exceptions.
