My therapeutic perspective is informed by Attachment and Family Systems theories. I frequently lean on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, yet incorporate insight and therapeutic assignments from psychodynamic research. I share humor and philosophies on humanism and eroticism, and help you find more nuance and pleasure in your relationships and with yourselves.
