I am passionately committed to supporting individuals and couples in their pursuit of more expansive authenticity, creativity, connection, and adaptive habits toward relational intelligence and self growth. I welcome everyone on many spectrums: straight to LGBTQ+, single or monogamous to polyamorous, and anyone in-between! I view you through your relationships both past and present, from immediate family to cultural groups at large. I often follow you through your logic and emotions in the here-and-now, and help you connect with insight from your past - experiences, dreams, and memories that make you who you are.
I hope to collaborate with you on creating meaningful self-reflection in an accessible way, sometimes laughing (and occasionally crying), to help you find more nuance and pleasure in your relationships and with yourself.
