Dr. Michael R. Bridges is a licensed psychologist and former associate professor & director of psychological services at Temple University. He was also an assistant professor & director of an inpatient Dialectical Behavior Unit at UNC-Chapel Hill & an adjunct professor in Family & Couples Therapy at Jefferson University. He has done research & published in professional journals on how people resolve painful issues in therapy related to attachment injuries in their past such as betrayals in relationships and childhood trauma.
