Sometimes we struggle with BIG things in life, and sometimes we're just forcing ourselves through the daily grind. No matter where you are I'd love to help. I work with clients who are facing depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and many others. I also specialize in working with men and specific issues to men - masculinity, confidence, self-esteem, and others. I am currently seeing clients ages 18 and up. Together we address problems systematically, together, in a non-judgmental manner while keeping the most important things as our focus.
My approach is integrative and incorporates many different theories and disciplines. Some days you may just want to talk about their life struggles, and other days we dive really deep. I'm here to help you walk through this journey of life and to know that you are not alone. CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative, Brief Solution-Focused, Spiritual, and others.
Please know that life can throw us in many different directions (sometimes all at once, too). It's okay to have big feelings, difficult feelings, complex feelings, or just feelings!
