My focus in practice is working with individuals who are facing grief, loss, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, PTSD, or have no idea what is going on but they just don't feel okay anymore. Being overwhelmed and burdened by life, amid a pandemic, and other past traumatic events can lead many to a state of confusion, denial, and self destructive behaviors. Relationships suffer or are torn away without any control or warning. If your goal is to regain balance, take back control of your life, or to just figure out what is going on in your mind and heart, I can help. I see you. I hear you. You matter.
I am the owner and lead therapist at Preveiling Touch. While I currently am not accepting new clients, some of my team members have immediate openings. We all approach therapy from a holistic perspective, meaning that a healthy mind, body, and spirit are all of equal importance. We use CBT, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness to name a few.
