Groups
Men's Process Group
This is an ongoing weekly process group for men who identify as cisgender. Facilitators and group members will co-create a trusted and supportive space for sharing, self-examination, and discovery. Some of the topics addressed are relationship concerns, work, and life boundaries, identifying restrictive social norms, and finding ways to connect with the one's self and others. Group size is limited to 8 participants.
