I work with gay men and couples who are tired of repeating the same relationship, intimacy, and self-worth patterns despite being highly self-aware. Many of my clients don’t struggle because they “lack insight.” They struggle because their decisions are being driven by deeper emotional patterns they no longer consciously recognize. This often shows up as attraction to emotionally unavailable partners, compulsive sex or dating behaviors, emotional disconnection, shame, anxiety, substance use, or relationships that look stable externally but feel unfulfilling underneath.
Most gay men already know what they should be doing differently. The harder question is: why do they keep ending up in the same dynamics anyway? My work focuses on identifying the deeper emotional and relational patterns driving behavior so clients can stop operating on autopilot, begin creating healthier relationships and establish stronger self-worth.

Gay Men’s Sexual Trauma Therapy Group
This group will provide a safe space for gay men to heal from sexual trauma. Unfortunately, gay men are more likely to experience trauma than straight men--particularly sexual trauma. And, it's often difficult for gay men to find a space to begin to unpack and heal from their experiences. That's what you'll experience in this group: a safe environment to recover from trauma.
