I am Michael Perez, a bilingual (English, Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 4 years of experience helping clients of all ages navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, career-related stress, poor coping skills, family conflict, grief, life transitions, relationships, low self-esteem, substance use, trauma, and PTSD.

I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Christian counseling, compassion-focused methods, culturally sensitive approaches, emotionally-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy (MBCT), and motivational interviewing.
