With a background as a substance abuse counselor, I bring experience in addiction and recovery. My work focuses on couples and family systems, with a direct, collaborative approach to understanding patterns beneath the surface.
Using Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, and Emotionally Focused approaches, focus is on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening connection.
