"Being Mindful with Addictions"

I created this group as a combination of a psycho-educational as well as a process group to teach individuals mindfulness techniques and how they can not only relieve the cravings of addiction, but also promote long term recovery. It is also a process group because a lot of time is spent sharing past and present challenges and triumphs regarding coping skills related to addiction.
