I enjoy working with couples and individual clients who are in high school, emerging adults (18-30), adults, and seniors. My previous experience involves working with clients who are married, individuals from ages 15 to 65, family relationship difficulties, difficulty with in-laws, premarital preventative work with engaged couples. Working through anxiety, depression, finding life purpose, life transitions, and other personal relationships.
I engage with clients through Restoration Therapy, Gottman Principles, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Spiritual integration (when requested by clients).
I bring a very empathetic, compassionate, direct, and judgement free attitude towards all my clients and their needs each session. I work hard to bring impartiality to couples therapy in order to create safe space for all to be heard and understood. I am a very good listener who will not solely reflect what you say but engage the client with care and truth.
