My job is to see the world through your eyes, understand as much as I can what is happening to you. I test for symptoms. We find a baseline to get an accurate measure of what you are feeling or experiencing. Once I get that, we move to the next step of deciding together which problem to work on, and we create a priority of problems to address if there is more than one. We work as a team.
Healing and transformation possibly can happen much faster and much more completely than you might think. Even though you may have struggled for years with depression, anxiety, relationship problems or habits and addiction, that doesn’t mean it should take years to overcome these problems. Please see MYCBT podcast on bipolar disorder, episodes 83 and 84
I look forward to hearing from you and working together to get back to feeling joy again, because joy and happiness are part of the gifts of life. Let's focus our work to get you those things. To schedule a free 15-minute consultation, please book with me through the Feeling Good Institute website (feelinggoodinstitute.com), click under California or Ohio.
