My therapeutic approach is based on EMDR protocoI, IFS-informed, holistic, strengths-based, compassionate, and tailored to each individual client. I have had the unique opportunity to develop an advanced skill-set working with individuals living with physical and cognitive limitations due to chronic physiological illnesses, such as Multiple Sclerosis.
