About
If you're using drugs/alcohol too much, and you've tried but can't stop. If you're lost, miserable and scared, and you want to be found. If you're haunted by a trauma that wont release its grip on your mind. I offer a compassionate, supportive and direct approach to help you meet your needs and achieve your goals in life. If you're ready to explore the underlying, negative beliefs that hold you down and fuel chronic negative thoughts and behaviors, then call me. We will work together to rediscover your authentic self, that person you somehow left behind and who is waiting for you to come back.
Advanced training: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); and analytic psychodynamic therapy. Level 3 trained in Eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma sufferers.
I know it's hard to ask for help; but also know that none of us will get through this life without help of some sort. Inherent to being human is reaching out to another for help and connection. It doesn't make you weak, it makes you wise.
